The company currently has over 1,000 sets of main production equipment, including more than 300 sets of various fastener cold heading machines. Equipped with 8 heat treatment production lines, it has an annual output of 100,000 tons of various high-strength fasteners (≥ Grade 8.8).

New Energy Industry

All Dali Brand products of the company are manufactured with raw materials sourced from imported supplies and large domestic steel mills. Adopting the ERP management system, we produce a wide range of high-quality fasteners, covering multiple series including bolts, screws, nuts, studs, assemblies, non-standard special-shaped parts and components.Boasting an annual production capacity of 180,000 tons of various fasteners, the company has established itself as a major domestic production base for high-strength fasteners. Our products are exported to regions such as the EU, Japan, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Marine Industry

During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the company focused on developing high-strength fasteners for industries including 10.9 and 12.9 grade commercial vehicle, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, military heavy-duty equipment, marine shipping, rail transit, as well as for electromechanical complete machine export projects. The company has already provided batch supporting supplies to numerous large enterprises (groups).

Machinery Industry

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the company will focus on developing fasteners for rail transit (high-speed trains) to replace imported high-strength fasteners. We will improve the process precision level of products for the military industry system, develop the product market for special-shaped threaded parts in the passenger car industry, expand the scale of mass production, and enhance the overall product technology and quality level of the enterprise.
